Bollywood Indian Restaurant

We have had Indian takeaway from Bollywood many times over the past couple of years and it was generally good, but the three most recent meals have been complete rubbish. Watery sauce, poor flavour, no distinction between mild and hot, this place has lost its mojo completely. We will be giving them a miss from now on....

Unfortunately we were not happy with the food here at all. We have tried it twice now and both times have been disappointed. The curry has been dry, with big dry chunks of meat in it and little to no sauce, and naan bread also quite dry. Wish we could rate it higher but we can't, we will not be trying here again.

My family and I have eaten takeaway from Bollywood several times over the past month or so and we like it. Good naan bread, good flavours in the curry and decent cuts of meat. Good difference between hot and mild, and well cooked rice every time. The family meal deal for three curries, naan bread, rice and chicken wings is great value.

Having moved to Australia some 10 years ago trying to find an excellent curry (like those WIDELY available in the UK) has been almost impossible!Bollywood is pretty average if not below. For a curry it's expensive (considering the actual meat content).I must say the meat biriyani was the best dish we had. We also ordered the following:7 x Nans - above averagelamb sag - below average with an unusual flavour......Chicken Tikka Masala - below average...I have a better recipe!Chana masala - below average watery and little flavourBetter curry takeaways in Northlakes and Everton Park...but still looking for an Enlgish Indian Curry which is like home as these are far by far the best curries I have tasted (apart from places like Sri Lanka and India!)

Have ordered takeaway meals here 4 5 times through Menulog. Flavour is great and consistent and pick up and delivery is always on time. Only criticism is requested 'hot' spice-wise is still too mild. Will be back though, as it's good flavour and convenient.
