Wow sit urself down! Our Pho Queen has delivered. The innovative hot stone bowl is quite something to behold. Subtle broth with succulent peppery beef balls and all the tripe trappings. Love the ability to cook my rare beef to perfection but the piping hot broth does take sometime to cool to an edible temperature. Aaaaaaaand did someone say clay pot caramelised pork and egg? Your Majesty’s serving a rich, tender and spicy stew! Pair that with pickles, broth and a side of rice. Intensity high, hunger low. Can anyone name the pickle pictured?
