I’m a regular customer of Malaysia Eatery, the first restaurant I eat in Brisbane, after half year, I still enjoy Hainan chicken rice, Butter Herbal chicken and Char kway teow.<br/ <br/ To be honest, I think the best thing about this restaurant is that you can enjoy delicious food with low price and large amount of food.Normally five or six people are basically satisfied with less than a hundred dollar of food.As for the owner and the lady of the restaurant, they are very nice people. After knowing that I come from a place where I can eat hot peppers very well, they will deliberately add hot peppers to dishes, such as Char Kway teow. The waiters were very kind, and there was a handsome young man.<br/ <br/ This restaurant change my view about Malaysia food and view of local restaurant.<br/ <br/ I will continue enjoy food in Malaysia Eatery and I recommend you should try this restaurant.
A family favourite! Generous portions, great flavour, excellent price, fast service and kind, helpful service. <br/ <br/ Roti is amazing! All starters we have tried have been wonderful. Singapore noodles are a must when we come as well as the Hainan chicken with a chilli and garlic sauce .
Visited today for lunch with my fishing mate Dominic after reading Ronnielui2003’s review. It was crowded and the two waitresses were flat out. The Har Mee Prawn Noodles) was not available so I ordered 3 mains to share. <br/ <br/ *Chicken Char Kwey Teow $11.90) was a lunch special. A large serve of nicely seasoned Rice Noodles with a tiny serve of shredded chicken, a few shallots and bean sprouts. I have never been served a Char Kwey Teow with so much Rice Noodles and so little ingredients. Rating: 3<br/ <br/ *Hainan Chicken Rice $13.90) looks very appetising with a generous serve of deboned tender Chicken, an excellent Ginger Chilli Sauce and a huge serve of “Oily Rice”. Rating: 4<br/ <br/ *Salt Fish Chicken Fried Rice $13.90) looks and smells wonderful. A generous serve, this is my favourite dish and I recommend it.
