We comfortably took the time to place our orders and select the seats this time. We noticed that the head chef was not working on the night but production is satisfied. We ordered the raman with spicy Guokai soup with half serving of noodle extra soft shell crab bamboo shoot. The other raman with Miso to go with gyoza. As we mentioned, both raman were tasteful and so as the side dishes. Production rate and service are both consistently good. This raman den should be our most favorite one.BIG TICK!Last visit: Mar 2018 rating 4/5
My favourite ramen in Brisbane. Very authentic, not just food wise but service wise.<br/ <br/ Seating is tight in their Runcorn location, however that is true Japanese style. All broth flavours delicious. Definite value for money when compared to other ramen stores and chains.<br/
A cosy little establishment with lots of choices for your ramen adventure.<br/ <br/ The black garlic salt variant was a new taste for me, having only had standard salt ramen before. The broth certainly packed a punch. Such depth of flavour; I haven't had better in Brisbane.<br/ <br/ The noodles were not as juicy as I would like, and I didn't enjoy the pork gyozas. However these are not enough to deter me from coming back. I will highly recommend.<br/ <br/ The staff were pleasant and helpful when ordering.
Love it!The spicy ramen is ACTUALLY SPICY.. although most of the time I go for the tsukemen! I appreciate how they have so much choices when it comes toppings!Second favorite would be the black garlic variety..4 because the place is so tiny! I know I'm a big person, but damn.. i think they only sit 15?
Soft 4<br/ <br/ Great bowl of ramen. Tasty deep flavoured broth pair with a light textured ramen. However the size of the meal was on the smaller side.
