We have enjoyed wabora since his opening. in summer we visited this restaurant at the muskoka see between gravenhurst and bracebridge at least twice a week. the best sushi/sashimi north of toronto. we went on Saturday night. eating was hardly... average prices of 50 to 60 % a related one who does not eat raw, ordered the huh teriyaki. a couple of sauteed vegetables and a cut tasteless chicken breast was $30.00 popcorn garnelen appetizer was not popcorn garnel. it was 4 smal garnel high over broken for $14.00 so disappointed. in a typical summer we would go to wabora 15 to 20 times with friends and related. this was our first and last visit this year.
We were about 20 years old and celebrated a family meilenstein. reservation for six o'clock on Saturday night. we had a great dinner. the service was fast from the last order to the first plate that was served, it could no longer. as 10 minutes. interesting menu, delicious recipes and cheerful enthusiastic service. what a jewel in the heart of muskoka!
It's much more expensive. before you could say that everyone was proud of his creations. Now it's just a taste. it took a long time to get our food. the waiter has forgotten to bring us our drinks. many employees who walk around seemed very confused and overwhelmed. it was busy, but it seemed no direction or teamwork. the workers seem tired and uninspiring. I hope the dinge will be better, that was my favorite summer look!
Nothing special for a very pricey meal. Shrimp tempura was like battered shrimp out of a grocery store box. Popeye's battered shrimp is better than this.
