Przekaż informację zwrotnąThe service at this Tim Hortons is one of the slowest I have seen and could use some deep cleaning. The line up was out the door and after 10 minutes if no movement I turned around and went around the corner to Macs for my coffee.
Usual tims with slow service at the counter go through the drive thru staff are way better and friendlier than inside.
Wish I could give it zero stars! They will only service the drive through customers. Do not walk into this location expecting service. We were a group of four (family) and stood at the front counter two feet away from the staff and no one acknowledged our presence. There were six customers in the store (we made up four of them). The drive through was steady but not busy. We were completely invisible and left after 10 minutes (I actually timed our stay). We were driving through Port Carling and wanted breakfast for our family ... we would have spent $30+ and instead got ignored. This is not a Canadian icon anymore ... STAY AWAY!!!
The staff at the restaurant is uncooperative. They fail to listen carefully to customer orders. I requested an Egg Cheese wrap with no meat due to my allergy, but despite informing the supervisor and asking him to ensure there was no meat, I was still served a wrap with meat.
There were six employees working, all focused on the drive-thru, while the storefront was neglected. There were eight customers waiting in line inside with no one available to assist them.
