Service was so kind, considerate and helpful. They took great care to ensure we received the meals we wanted, and made sure we loved what we were eating! They were quick in their meal prep, and patient as we ordered. It was the kind of service that made you want to write a good review right away! So deserving! The restaurant was spotless, lovely and well-kept. Thank you for such a delightful lunch!

Great experience! I have Celiac disease and must eat gluten free. The girl who served me was so careful and obviously knowledgeable about food allergies and preparation for these types of meals. I really appreciate the care she took in preparing my meal and highly recommend!! Thank you!

Fantastic lunch today. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious and served as quickly as possible. I always have a great experience at this location but today was especially good. Thank you to the staff working today!

Obviously communication isn't a stronghold feature of this restaurant. The rice was way undercooked and the staff were quite slow for not being busy. The young man working there messed up our order by putting in the wrong ingredients. Plus my Mango smoothies was tasteless. So disappointed were we that we dumped both bowls in the trash bin. No one answers the phone there after numerous calls. I guess they don't want to deal with their incompetence. Sad cause this is ONLY Freshi in Muskoka. Just drive to Orillia as they seem to know what they are doing there...
