Burger King - Bozeman

The restaurant has reopened under new management, and they are doing an amazing job! The service is fast, and the burgers are great. Thank you, Youngs, for reopening in Bozeman!

Great job, but please hold on! I know these restaurants were closed for a day, so I'm glad they're back! I had a Whopper meal, and the service and dining experience were both excellent.

Perhaps it's just me, but Burger King seems to have changed. It was my first real job, and back then, it was such a great place (does anyone remember the old slogan about the Whopper beating the Big Mac?). I recently placed an order, and to be honest, it was just okay. The dining room was completely closed, leaving only the drive-thru open. I saw so many people attempting to enter, only to find the doors locked. Many ended up walking around to the other door, which was also locked, and eventually just left. This certainly won't encourage them to return. How many of these people will share this negative experience on social media? Burger King is just not what it used to be. It's a bit disheartening.

Eat was fast and hot fresh. I saw a coworker in the back who treated my chicken-uggets without gloves. I would think by covid that we have learned this fiction.

As we sat at the mic, and waited for multiple minutes, with no answer, I decided to look up the hours on line. The sight said the establishment was open, so we sat for a while longer. Absolutely nothing, drove by the window, empty. Closed!
