It's my fault for coming back to this location, this had happened to me in the past at this location...I have no idea how they hired the people working in Boynton Beach . They are AWFUL, TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES... There for is ALWAYS incorrect, that's really really bad and they leave you sitting in the driver through line backed up into the road... They don't care at all they have terrible customer service.. Do not give Wendy's your money you will waste it and have the worst experience.
I went to this location on Tuesday, 05/17/22 and there was a sign that said cash only. I drove to another Wendy 's where the said the credit card system is hardly ever down, and usually up and running again in 30 minutes. I went by this same Wendy 's again today, 05/20/22, and I was told they can only accept cash. I called the customer service number for Wendy 's, but no one answered the phone (which I find ironic). I think there is a scam taking place. It won 't hurt customers directly, but if you are the manager or owner of this store, I 'd look into what 's going on. A credit card system down for two separate days around 4:00 p.m. seems suspicious.
Total dump truck. the people who run it do not speak English and then blew the order scream to the customers when they come to correct without recognizing their lack of language skills and bad attitude that causes the problems. manager who hire the same people is also the problem. forget this place!
The app didn't work, so I asked the hired person if she could still honor the online bogo biscuit deal she said she couldn't help me. I told her at any time an app 't worked I was still given the deal as courtesy and bc it's not my fault the app 't works. She said no again. I asked for the manager she finally parked in i that she got my command wrong, but whatever. I was not familiar with the contrary and I would have gone elsewhere on the 2nd nr., but I had just put my friend down for an outpatient procedure ' did not want to go to an unnecessary mission for coffee to eat if I had to be readily available at any time to get my friend back. the kartoffel is the best part, although I asked for a medium, got a little. I also asked for a side of the $1 was gravy trying and I got a cookie with him. I didn't like the engraving, so I didn't spend $2,49 for nothing. I would have gotten three stars if she were more friendly. I will go back to the hotel at any time in the near future.
We are on the road and starving when it was almost 10 o'clock. it was 9:50 and when we went to expect to say we are closed. but julia greeted us with a smile and asked us for our order. I ordered a double-bascon cheeseburger with a frits and a drink combo my husband ordered a simple burger with a frits and drink combo. the burgers quickly came out and we asked if we could wait for a fresh amount of fish and the answer was affirmed. I got my drink and put me down to make a hamburger bite while we wait. burger was hot, juicy amd full of taste. so delicious! then the fries came out and. the fries were hot, crispy and cooked for perfection. they tasted like fried and not like old oil from fried chicken and fish. these pommes were the best I had in many years in any kind of restaurant. kudos to her team and the management of this fine business facility. many thanks for a great experience in the most unexpected time and space.
