Taco Bell - Boynton Beach

Every time I go, something goes wrong, which is pretty crazy as their menu is always the Same. Its clean inside, some of the staff was very rude when I addressed my issue and the manager stood there and shrugged his shoulders. I always end up with cold soft tacos from the lettuce and cheese, which seems crazy cuz that's like half the menu. Taco id in their title. Lol. Anyway, some staff id super friendly and Cinnabon bites are always warm. Ha

I went through the drive-thru, and the lady told me that they had discontinued the toasted chalupas. However, when I checked the Taco Bell website, I found that toasted chalupas are still on the menu. This location really has some of the worst service I’ve experienced.

Absolute nicest woman in the drive thru. Her fellow employee was happy and joking as well. Great way to end my day yesterday. Thank you.

I was going to give three stars, but I really love you guys! The only issue I've noticed is that some items aren't prepared correctly. For example, lately, the Crunchwrap has tasted more like a soft taco. There's no shell and way too much sour cream. What's going on? I've been enjoying the Crunchwrap for years, and something feels off—it's just so plain. Trust me on this one!
