My favorite place for sushi. Great atmosphere! Love the live music.

Sorry, I didn't like it! The rice had some hard pieces and had no taste at all, and I didn't like the soy sauce. The price was a little high $14.99 for an 8- 9 reel. California/ Rainbow roll. Very few sesame seeds and the seaweed were barley detectable. I tried another place Sushi Bang Bang and it was delicious! and the soy sauce was delicious! Well, I don't know... maybe I'll try again, maybe.

Every time we order from Sushi Yama, there is always a problem. Either they have our order wrong, the order is never on time, or the food is sub par. This time we didn't just have to wait 10 minutes until we could pull out, but there was a long hair in the rice, and that? Orange chicken? is nothing but fried dough with some watery sauce on the side. This is the LAST time we order from here.

We got the boat for 4 and our son got the teriyaki steak dinner. The boat had both sushi and sashimi and there were over 100 pieces total. Came with w miso soup or house salad with ginger sauce. Everything was delicious, few pieces of sushi fell apart too easily when picked in with chopsticks. The fish was fresh and there were additional sauces for dipping. We had calamari for appetizer and the pieces were large and well prepared.
