The service was great; we received attentive and respectful treatment. It was quick and reliable. We thoroughly enjoyed this fast dining experience. The French fries were absolutely delicious! Keep up the excellent service!

I had to wait 10 minutes for the chicken to cook. I ordered a 12-piece meal, but only received 8 pieces.

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, as a poor experience shouldn't define a company's overall values. However, my recent visit was an exception, from the initial ordering process to receiving my order. I won't be ordering from Popeyes for a long time, solely due to this situation. It was an overall terrible experience. The food was overcooked, the staff was rude, and I felt like my time was wasted. I had to call four times just to reach someone. The employees claimed they couldn’t add extra sauce to the sandwiches because their manager had prohibited it. Not to mention, there was barely any sauce on the sandwiches to begin with. The two sandwiches I ordered were chewy and overcooked. When I asked for sauces on the side for my fries, they informed me they were out. This experience was a poor representation of the brand and its franchise. It’s frustrating to see how a large food chain can decline once it becomes a franchise. I'd rather have cold KFC than eat here again. I feel like my money was wasted. Good luck, Popeyes.

The food was good. the load was calm, so the waiting time was good. exciting that I spent almost $8 on 3 applecakes and had never received them. I called the load several times, and a wm came up. terrible that I didn't get what I paid for.

Boynton Mall location. What a shame this mall is hanging on by a thread. Haven 't been there in over a decade and it 's not recognizable. Kind of had that Dawn Of The Dead vibe going on. The food Cort was just sad. We decided on Popeye 's chicken. The employee that took our order was surly, the one that gave us our food was very pleasant. The chicken was OK, with the usual dry breast, as we 're the Biscuits and mashed potatoes. The coleslaw, however, was not cold, greyish in color and tasted so horrible we couldn 't eat it. It tasted and looked bad! Fortunately, we won 't be returning to the mall or Popeye 's in the future.
