Pizza Hut Express - Boynton Beach

I had seen some not-so-great reviews about this restaurant, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I called in and ordered a large pizza for pickup, and they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 25 minutes later, only to find that my pizza wasn't ready. It seems the negative reviews were accurate.

When placing your order, be sure to double and triple-check it. I requested honey BBQ wings with a side of extra hot ranch, and buffalo hot wings with BBQ sauce and no ranch. It's surprising that this needs to be mentioned, but it's important to ensure they keep track of the orders properly.

Do not order from here! I ordered two medium pizzas and received undercooked slices with hardly any cheese or sauce. It was terrible! I paid extra for a deep dish and pan style, but was extremely disappointed. I would recommend eating somewhere else.

I passed this pizza hat a hundred times and didn't know it was there, but yesterday ordered pizza, wings and cinnabons and everything really tasted good, fresh and hot and was ready at my arrival as I had ordered through the app.

I placed an order through the app for a dinner box to be delivered. Not only did they not deliver my order (I chose to pay cash thankfully) but they also never tried to rectify it. I called and was put on hold and after that I never heard from them again. I called them back multiple times and they never answered the phone. I ordered pizza 3-4 times a month from here but I will no longer be ordering from here. Being a delivery driver myself, this is absolutely terrible service.
