Przekaż informację zwrotnąI recently visited Panera Bread for the first time in years and decided to try their new Spicy Chicken Sandwich. The sandwich came with an apple, but when I got to my car, I noticed that the apple was old and should not have been given to me. The staff member did not seem concerned and simply gave me another apple when I went back inside. I was glad I checked before leaving. The sandwich was small, not organic, and definitely not worth the $13.00 price tag. I believe Chick-fil-A would be a better option, offering friendlier service at a lower price.
In a world where indifference and poor customer service seem to be the norm, Nya stands out as a beacon of positivity. She greets customers with a smile and went out of her way to make two older ladies feel especially welcome this morning. Kindness is a priceless commodity, and Nya is a true asset to Panera!
I want to express my gratitude to the manager with dark hair who greeted me so politely by inquiring about my service dog. However, I was disappointed when they informed me that my dog was not allowed in the restaurant. Their unfriendly attitude and approach have guaranteed that both my dog and I will not be returning in the future. Great job!
I would like to thank the dark haired manager who approached me with such a polite greeting by asking myself if I were with a service dog. Your next sentence was your dog is not allowed to be here. Their bad attitude and approach ensured that neither I nor my dog will ever come back here again. Nice job!
I loved my Mediterranean veggie sandwich. But that day they had no salad. Nice to take food safety seriously. My sister didn't get her salad though
