Terrible. the bacon egg cheese to go and they forget about it. how? they wanted to tell them, and they couldn't take care less. for the first time there in a long time after another problem and should have learned my fiction. is this a speckei and cheese?

I'm a regular at this cafe and let me just say this.. Ever since Chris left the place has gone downhill. They have this new manager Nicole who doesn't know what she's doing. She just walks around aimlessly not speaking to anybody she comes across. The only reason I still made my way to this cafe was for Chris a couple of the employees I believe their names are Annex and Tatiana. They are great they knew my order right when I arrived! They have excellent service and communication skills. After finding out that these 2 young ladies wouldn't be working there anymore quite honestly ticked me off. The treatment that these 2 ladies endured under the management of Nicole is ridiculous and quite embarrassing as a company to even allow this to happen. Not only is Nicole an on going issue at this cafe. Their is also a young man named Lovens who is very unprofessional to say the least. The way he talks to customers is un heard of. I have witnessed some unfortunate behavior from this gentleman as well. He is very aggressive and hands on when it comes to the female employees at this job. He has punched them in the arm multiple times, In the stomach even went as far as pushing them into various objects at the cafe. I tried to approach him about the situation and he just laughed it off and walked away. I don't know what's going at this establishment but it needs to be handled IMMEDIATELY!

So- my first and last time going to this location.. I “ordered ahead”. Went to pick up my order.. a girl asks if she can help me. Told her I’m picking up, and gave my name. She said, “we have to make a new one, someone took yours” whatever.. two minutes later she brought my order outside, and said, “it was sitting there the whole time”.. VERY snotty-like. Excuse me! I wasn’t aware your supposed to go up to the counter and rifle through bags.. gurl had SUCH an attitude…

$14.95 for a turkey sandwich and small drink! Bread: stale Turkey: hard to find Tomato: barely Cashier: sour
