You really need a proper training when using the mobile app on the thru drive. Sometimes they say they don't see my order in the system, even if I show it on my phone. After they hammer, I go to the curb pickup spot and select Curb pickup and enter my spot. Magically they get it and bring my order after waiting. I don't understand. It is more work for them to bring it out and faster if they only find out how to use the Drive thru Pickup option. 1 in 5 times I get someone who really knows. Train your employees better! Mobile order is faster and easier for everyone. I don't have to sit there and tell them my order and they don't have to enter it right. It saves time for both and is more efficient.
From the little rude boy who led the command in the driver with Dreads to the manager who doesn't even manage it. The franchise owner really needs to look into new employees because it is so regrettable for this location to have tasteless employees. The manager who did not care to share or solve their name and problems when there was? not even a line spent more time fighting then dissolving! So fed. It should be fast food, but you can't even.
