Firehouse Subs Boynton Beach

This is my favorite casual restaurant around. I always feel like a VIP when I'm here, and the staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive. Plus, their rewards program is fantastic. I've been coming here for three years, and I've always received excellent service.

Despite all of the good reviews of this firehouse location this experience has been nothing but awful. They have flies flying around while trying to eat. The floors are dirty with trash and old food. Upon receiving my meal it was mostly bread with two pieces of meat. Will not be going to this location again. Do not waste your time or money here!

These folks set the gold standard for fast casual food spots. Always courteous and consistent high quality sandwiches. For this type of meal you will find none better.

It's just subs, and you end up waiting a long time. The subs are delicious, and the website is nicely organized, but the atmosphere isn't very enjoyable, and the service is slow. The food is good, but the experience is dragged down by the sad news and dull TV shows playing in the background. They have great deals, but it seems like they really want you to do takeout rather than dine in. If you go, try to avoid the wait!

The location is fantastic. The staff are incredibly polite and attentive right from the moment you arrive. They maintain a spotless environment, including the restrooms!
