Dunkin' - Boynton Beach

The lady who works at the dunkin is the rudest worker I have ever met. She rolls her eyes and obviously hates her job/life. She should move on and find other work, avoiding the customer service business. I dont understand how she still works there when the manager knows shes awful.

I’m not sure if the staff is struggling in some way, but I’ve never experienced such poor service and rude behavior—especially from the female employee. The male employee seemed a bit confused, though I can’t blame him for that. It’s concerning that the manager is aware of the issues yet hasn’t taken any action. This is truly unacceptable.

Dear DD, I have to say this is one of the worst places I've visited. Every time I go, the staff are either on their phones, yelling back and forth, or just generally not paying attention. It’s frustrating! They should take a moment to step outside and jog for two minutes to clear their heads.

The woman working there is the most unpleasant person I have ever encountered. I witnessed her picking something up off the floor while wearing gloves, and then using those same gloves to prepare food for customers. I can't return to this place and I strongly advise others to steer clear as well. I couldn't stay any longer after seeing that and left immediately. Absolutely unacceptable.

Got a online order here, probably my 50th order from this store. I arrive at the store and they tell me they do not have chicken okay no big deal. So I am for a refund and they tell me they can't refund online order. It's definitely a straight up lie and then I go to corporate and they don't answer me I am just pissed so I ask for refund on my credit card, but wait so I order my free coffee the next day and it's online of course and no one is at the store and I loss my free cofffeee ughh this place stay away from go to Atlantic they never let me down
