Crafty Crab - Boynton Beach

The food is phenomenal. Service was awesome. The owner was great.

We had an enjoyable meal and dining experience. The service is great and atmosphere is nice. I love all the decor. The crab boil bag was full of flavor! I’m sure we will be back to try some more items off the menu.

Chai Lin was our waitress she was so helpful and sweet she made our experience one to remember. So helpful always checking back with us to make sure that we were satisfied and well taken care of. Wish more waitress would be so attentive kind and nice. She also let us know it was happy hour and half off our shrimp baskets! We said $70 as well. What a great treat!! I had a very pleasant experience here. Food was delicious!!

I had went to crafty crab yesterday the food was amazing and the customer service me and my family had a great time and it was very clean and the food was very tasting we wonder who made the whole menu.

Ive been dining at this branch at least once a month. My experience at this branch is that staff need a bit training.Management: please let your staff know to ALWAYS include proper silverware and crab crackers on the table. PLEASE provide EACH diner on the table. 75% of the time we have to ask... which is ok, its busy, we get that, however, if we have to chasedown or wait for staff to bring these to the table and hold us back from enjoying your meal... thats not what we need... Have not experienced this at other CC locations in Broward, only at this location.We'll update our review when we see improvements if we visit again.
