Baciami - Boynton Beach

Additionally, we ordered the stone crab claws, but they were nearly impossible to eat. The meat was poorly extracted from the shells, and the claw meat was icy cold – quite odd for an appetizer that should be served warm. We requested hot melted butter, and thankfully they did bring it to us hot, but overall, the experience was unsatisfactory. I definitely will not be returning.

We opted for an early New Year's Eve dinner and it was fantastic. The menu offered a variety of wonderful choices, portions were generous, and the service was excellent. As always, dining there was a delightful experience. We appreciate both their regular and sunset menus for the same reasons. Baciami is truly a hidden gem, consistently providing excellent meals that are carefully prepared and served.

We celebrated my wife's birthday with a group of close friends who have never been to baciami. my wife and I were still a few other paints there and it was good. the service was poor best. evening reservations were around 7:30 a.m. and we ended around 11 a.m. it was not because of our group that was how long the service overall took! so long story short. we ordered a bottle of beautiful wine and the other normal drinks ordered, martinis, wodka and soda. we all got our appetizers first, no drinks. then I asked politely where our bottle was weeping and drinks. our server said the manager is the only one who can get the bottle wein, but he is fighting with another customer. that would have raised a red flag. eating was good, a few. I also brought an expensive birthday cake to the restaurant and they cut it for us. the problem was that they didn't save a cake, the pieces of the cake they cut were gigantic! So the whole cake was was wasted and no excuse! we get the neck and they have already added 22% gratity that is super high and if the service was exceptional, it should be my choice to give this high tip and not just added to our neck. but the real kicker was that they have accused us of something called a fee for praising. I've never heard of it. we asked, and the manager said it was written on the menu. of course it was in small print. she really couldn't explain what it was really different from the cost of food fluctuates from time to time. we are not stupid and this is bs! unnecessary to say that we never go back to baciami and they also lost the business of all our friends who were with us. they will never come again! I guess they don't want to repeat customers!

The veal was tough and overcooked. They added a 3.5% service fee to the total bill. The owner was unfriendly and not very welcoming.
