Thick-n-juicy - Boyne City

I visited this restaurant on a Friday and was really disappointed with the service. The two young women working there seemed unmotivated and in need of a shower. The food wasn't great either, and the redhead acted like it was a hassle for her to serve us. Management should definitely consider hiring new staff! We had a fantastic experience on the Fourth of July, despite the long lines. Where was that staff today? They need to bring back the good employees and let go of those who are just being lazy.

The Big Bopper is supposed to be a fully loaded double burger, perfect for a long drive—eating half now and saving the other half for later. However, when we opened the burgers, we found just two patties and a bun—nothing else. They were extremely dry and unappetizing, so we didn’t eat them at all. I wouldn’t be too upset if the meal had been less expensive, but for $30, I expected much better. I don’t mind paying that amount for good burgers, but this was a total letdown. I won't be going back.

I've visited your restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. Your shakes are incredible! Keep up the fantastic work!

The steak fries, paired with your incredible dipping sauce, are absolutely delightful!

Absolutely the best food in town! The bacon burger with Swiss cheese and steak fries is a must-try!!!
