Craig Manor - Bowness-on-Windermere

Would have recommend a nice overnight stay in craig manor on 30th august would definitely be and we will return

Visited here December just come back now again with our little dog.The Staff are Very Friendly and on Both Occasion's we ate in the Restaurant and all Meals were Presented Lovely and Food was Delicious.We had a room at the Front of the Hotel which was nice with a Large Comfy Bed and Bath/Shower and also Kettle with Coffee/Tea/Hot Chocolate/Milk and Biscuits.We had full English Breakfast once from the menu in December and now from the Buffet in which you help yourself which is lovely.The Staff are always over asking if you want more Tea or Coffee very Lovely People and Compliments to the Chef on our Lovely Roast of the Day Only downfall to this Hotel are the Drinks if they weren't so expensive maybe other Guests would stay in the Hotel rather than going out into Town but Over All My Husband and Our Little Dog and Myself Love The Craig Manor and will return back in the Winter

This place has exceeded our expectations and we would defo return! The staff are very welcoming and defo helpful from the moment we arrived to the restaurant and the bar. The menu is quality and value for money indeed! It is a grand location to explore the town and the Lake District from and yet coming back here afterwards has been soo niice!

We stayed from February 16 to February 20, and our experience was outstanding. The accommodation was first-class, and the staff were polite and very accommodating. Every meal we had was exceptional; each dish was just as delicious as the last. The chef has been with the restaurant for fourteen years, and the quality of the food is unparalleled. We have been returning to this hotel every year since it opened, and the standards have remained consistently high. We highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed for two nights on Thursday and Friday, and I found the rooms to be excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly—some of the best I've ever encountered. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone; the dining and service were outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful stay! xx
