The Flying Pig Stop - Bowling Green

Located on the side of the road, my husband and I drove past this restaurant multiple times before deciding to give it a try. We were not disappointed! I ordered the pork BBQ while my husband opted for the brisket. They were also serving Brunswick Stew that day. The prices were reasonable. The seating space is very limited and it feels more like a fast food joint than a sit-down restaurant (takeout seems to be the preferred option), but the food was outstanding. The staff was friendly and the regular customers sitting near us were also very welcoming. We dined here before the pandemic hit, but I wanted to check if they were still operating because the food was so good. I felt they deserved a positive review for how enjoyable our experience was.
