Worst service and they up charge for things the normal star bucks does not rude people working guy and girl please get new staff

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the service I received from Jasmine. Unfortunately, she displayed a rude demeanor and really needs to improve her communication skills with customers. This is my second visit here, and I've encountered the same poor service from her both times. To add to my frustration, her coworker also demonstrated a negative attitude by carelessly tossing my straws on the counter. I don't plan on returning to this location, and I believe the staff should face serious consequences for their behavior. I would like to speak with the district manager of this location as soon as possible.
