Mancino's Of Bowling Green

This is usually a local favorite of ours. but the last few paintings we were, the service was terrible. I waited for ever while it sounded like 2 employees finished their personal entertainment. then tried the lady who commanded me to repeat them again before I was still talking to end. which led me to say every order 2 or 3 times. it also did not help that the employees were so loud in the background. then they called me back about 10 minutes later and said they had no escape from any of the ones I ordered. at least they notified me, but gott, and the ordering of the order didn't go easy either. the last few times they were either out of objects, had no personal, the electro was another time so they could not serve. it's always something. I hate seeing a local fight, but that must be better.

The restaurant smells amazing as soon as you walk in. We were greeted by friendly staff who were more than happy to answer questions about their extensive menu, which does take a few minutes to read through. Our food was hot and fresh and brought to our table quickly, so it was a great place to stop for a quick lunch break. There was a large offering of to-go condiments, as well as boxes for taking unfinished food with you. Our only issue was the amount of flies that had managed to make it into the restaurant that we continually had to swat away from our food. Other than that, we enjoyed our lunch and will be back to try other things from their menu.

The had a bucket catching the rain from the roof in front lobby. they did not offer any dressings-like Mayo, or Pickles. walls in lobby need cleaning and painting! sandwich was awful.

We called ahead and placed an order to try the daily deal special of two topping large pizza for 8.99 and loved it. Pizza was coming right out as we walked in. Great deal for size of pizza. Staff was nice and menu is big, lots of options to choose from. Took home a menu to order again and try the other options.

I got there later than my order was to be ready. I paid and then I sat for 35 more minutes. Then they realized my order was sitting there all the while. I got home and my food was very cold. I ordered a Italian grinder #1. Terrible.. Was the very 1st time I was there. I even gave them a 3.00 tip in their jar..
