Starbucks - Bowie

The sriracha was missing from my order. Please improve on that. Overall, the food was rated 4, the service was also 4, and the atmosphere was 4.

This review is specifically about Roz. She provided the best service I've ever received at any Starbucks, and even compared to other establishments. Roz greets you with a smile, is full of energy, and is incredibly helpful! I would return just for her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Bugs everywhere! Even inside of the drinks. Will not return to the Bowie town center location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered online so I can pick up quickly and when I got there (10 min later) she had not started my drinks. She was cleaning up so it's understandable but you have to pay attention. However, i gave a good score because she took care of it quickly and apologized. She was very nice and did all my drinks perfectly. My point is, it may not have started great, but it sure ended great, with awesome customer service. Service: Takeaway
