Starbucks - Bowie

This is the slower Starbucks my friend and I have ever visited. There was two people on staff when we arrived and three people in line before us. I went to the restroom and when I came back there were still the same three people in line ahead of us. I don't know what was taking so long, but our quick stop turned into a much longer stop than we expected for just grabbing coffee. Other locations would have had out out in a fraction of the time.

I don't understand why Starbucks keeps this location open because every time I come to this Starbucks they always state that they are not making drinks at this time and instead the employees are sitting talking amongst themselves. The one time they actually were making drinks , the employee took forever to make it and when I asked her to remake the drink since it tasted water down she told me that they didn't do that there. Honestly Starbucks is paying their employees to sit around and hang out . I would have given this location a 0 .

This store closes at 8pm on Sundays. I know because I was there at 8:15pm on Sunday, July 7th, and the worker even said that they close at 8pm on Sunday. Google says 9pm, even though I've told them numerous times that it's 8pm.

I'm not a coffee lover, but the lady who worked with me today really knew her coffees! I came into this Starbucks on a Saturday, around 8 am, needing something to wake me up. Although a certain machine to make the one drink I know of was not functional, she was able to figure out a similar drink for this confused non coffee drinker. She was very professional, polite and helpful. The drink was basically what I had drank there before, but a little better! Her surrounding area was very neat and clean. I hope to return to this Starbucks for its cleanliness and hospitality.

Who EVER Shelly is she was gone from the counter for over 20 mins which is very unacceptable. And I need someone to take action the employees in safe way called her 3 times on the speaker. This is what you call taking advantage of the position she has. If I was a bad person I could have taken her tips
