Second time in a row where the staff did not answer the phone and when I arrived after 15-20 minutes at 10:40ish they close at 12 a.m. and they said they no longer accept orders. I wanted to make first delivery the thru 12am
I?ve ordered from them before and there haven?t been any problems, but this order went slightly amiss. I don?t care if I?m a douche for saying this, but I had some ranch containers missing, so I called about it. They said the guy would come back and deliver it. Cool. So 30 mins hit and he still isn?t here I?m about a 12 min drive on Apple Maps from this store). So I call to check and I?m on hold for about an hour and the guy still isn?t here. If the guy, can?t do it, just say it, but now I?m kind of stuck in limbo. Do I eat the now cold) pizza or wait? I mean I get it if it?s a rush, but still. Don?t make promises that will take over an hour to fulfill when it comes to pizza :
I've been regularly in this Domino since the beginning of the pandemic. Like the clockwork, I ordered the delivery almost every week and a half from March to October. Recently I ordered 5 pizzas for delivery and left a 20 percent tip. Pizza came as always very good. But when I checked my credit card statement, I was double charged. I called the restaurant and had nothing but trouble over 3 days. I hanged 5 times twice and stopped for 30 minutes. I was also told that my identity was stolen. How do they know? It didn't. If this is how they treat good customers and refuse to admit a mistake and refund your money as I am sorry, but they have lost a regular customer.
Direct offer of the manager: I have too many customers If you order online, not. They will not process large orders. At worst, they can't burden you. Don't waste your time with these Dominos.
