Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bowie

The food at this restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced. I suggest arriving by 5pm to avoid long lines, but they are definitely worth the wait.

The employees working the night shift at this restaurant were extremely unresponsive when it came to customer service. They were unable to even resolve a small issue, such as providing a straw to a customer, and responded with an apathetic attitude. They should all be fired immediately.

I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, but was disappointed to receive just a bowl of steak for $14. Despite the higher cost of ordering online, I expected more than just meat, especially since I clearly specified the ingredients I wanted.

The manager of this location needs to give more attention to the cleanliness of this location. The counters need to be cleaned more often. The staff continues to shuffle spilled food up and down the counter and no one thinks to clean it. Nasty!

Possibly the worst tasking Chipotle I've ever had. I got a steak burrito and I picked it up and grease started pouring down my arms. It tasted like the grill hadn't been cleaned all week, and could only eat about 1/4 of it without being concerned about food illnesses. Won't be back, and my list of Chipotle restaurants around the US is dwindling.
