I have been going to this place for many years and today the service was even more extraordinary than usual. The drive thru had about 20 cars in and was worried that I was too late for an appointment, but I'm going anyway. I was in and out in about 8 minutes and my order was right and piping hot; crispy pommes and golden crispy chicken sandwich and the soda was also not watered. My location near me could certainly benefit from some of your training and efficiency and I rarely eat and wait there until I can visit the Bowie Ballpark Chickfila because of your service.
Finally, the drive thru was experience. It was super fast and our chicken strips were still warm when we came back to our hotel. I enjoyed her fine house sauce, but rather the spicy buffalo. I wonder what I have to do to build the chain in NY? Next to me is two hours away!!! Why??
Two. Mal? The Commission has undertaken to take over the contract. And then the appalling discovery there?s bacon added to both spicy chicken fillets in my part of the meal. Of course I have an actual pork allergy, so that this meant that we could not only take it off, but had to go back and wait for a full remake. They didn't even have a ride through the line, so it wasn't sensible as they didn't have time to take the food out or make it right. This box-fil-a is wasting your time every time. Go up the street instead.
No fast food place is perfect, but this Chick-fil-A tries to be the hardest. There is hardly any mistake and everyone who was there knows how efficient their system is. While there are occasional errors that I would say are more likely in the later hours of the evening, 9 times from 10 of order is correct and the food is really well prepared. It also helps that it has been converted and is really beautiful inside and outside. I miss the well. There is a reason why this Chick-fil-A was/is one of the highest gross locations in the country.
Usually you?d expect employees to greet you , kind language attention to make sure the customer has a great experience. My family and I would come frequently after church service. This time it was terrible coming here. The minute we entered the restaurant, all the employees were ignoring customers, foul language, most of the women responding with an attitude and playing around with the boys. While I was ordering with my husband the person was completely out of it. We kept repeating our order, he had shades inside, no manners and even gave me looks in front of my husband. What kind of person does that? While eating with my in laws they were singing songs with curse words while there were a good amount of customers just looking at them. There was even an argument that broke out and you heard everything! I?m certainly planning on not coming back. Please teach ALL the employees to have respect!!! He couldn?t even remember my name, he had to put ?green shirt? on my ticket
