We enjoyed delicious homemade meals, including vegetarian lasagna and a burger with chips. We were more than happy to wait a little longer for our meals to be prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. In fact, it wasn’t a long wait at all; we've waited longer for frozen meals at other places! The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Popped in for lunch while passing through Bow village. Very friendly staff, very welcoming as soon as we stepped in. Food was lovely and all homemade. I had a Cheese Burger and my wife had Lasagne. We can recommend both. Portions are plentiful. Very interesting bits and bobs and period features in the 16th century pub. We would certainly recommend it and will definitely return when next in the area.
