Przekaż informację zwrotnąYour booking never made it to the restaurant! Luckily there was availability. Restaurant less than half full, arrived 7:30, first response 7:45 for drinks. First course 8:30, main meal cold and returned, at least discount given. Waitress was excellent and understanding. The Chef’s are too slow and when pressured make mistakes. Needs work, hate to think what it would of been like if it was full.
Great food at Zizzi’s as always. Service can be a bit slow sometimes but we expect that during really busy times. Always good though.
I spent 35 minutes calling them to change my reservation but they kept hanging up saying they can’t hear me, if they took the cordless phone into a quiet room they could hear me but they didn’t so very frustrating. They could not find our reservation either as it was made on this app so I’m guessing u less the restaurants check their emails they have no idea we’ve booked! When we got there it was very loud, so loud my father had to take his hearing aid out as it was so loud which then meant we couldn’t talk to him as he could not hear us. Food was great as always but customer service and speed was poor as usual but I keep going back as the food is great
Was awful we were given a small table and we were a family of 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 5. When the food arrived I mentioned is this the size table that people of 4 normally get. I was told it depends on the amount of food that is ordered! We still didn't get moved to a larger table and struggled eating through the meal. Appalling!!
Really delicious and chic dinner. magnificent restaurant to celebrate something or for a night outside! the pizza is good and that dessert is the best. it is a bit expensive and they do not accept cash.
