Creams - Bournemouth

I was happy to see that they offered vegan menu options, such as shakes, pancakes, waffles, and cookie dough. However, the restaurant was not very clean, the service was lacking, and the cookie dough I ordered was dry and underwhelming. I specifically requested a chocolate sorbet shake with Oreos, but they forgot to add them initially and only sprinkled some on the top after I reminded them. Overall, there is room for improvement.

The place itself is quite grubby, however, the service was not great and I had the Keksteig, which was quite dry and disappointing. I asked for a chocolate sorbet Shake with Oreos and they forgot the Oreos, then only a few on the top when I asked. Could be much better.
