First, it must be said that the restaurant has changed its owner and that, you have understood it, it is a restaurant called salt and braise. It is generally very generous (in portions ), the service is very thoughtful, the dishes are rather heterogeneous ( excellent and very tender octopuses but bit too acid because too seasoned with vinegar), the frame is simple and pleasant. an address that mounts with a value of price.
New restaurant since early February 2019 (so all previous notices are discarded). The kitchen is good, the very copyy portions, even for large eaters. We went there for my birthday, we'll go back.
Used to salt and cachan breeze, I wanted to try the new salt and braise from the town the Queen...reprise of the cremailer I knew 30 years ago...For me first point .revoir fronture pas welcoming . classical interior. sober... warm welcome.The dishes are made by Gonzalve..l former cook of salt and braise...very good meals. .qualite/Quantity . super casual atmosphere with discussion between table next door...very nice evening with a careful and fast service.....We will go back with pleasure, for the reception.service the dishes.l atmosphere..find that say more...sinon than "perseat in this way".
Reopening of the cremailer (or salt and braise)? which now offers a Portuguese card. pleasant setting, a little brouillon but smiling service and delicious dishes. a good surprise.
