We wanted to discover this organic restaurant for its innovative concept. We were disappointed with the value of the price.A little expensive and no choice other than the dish of the day: carrots or carrots including a vegetarian and another with salmon. The gratins were a little drunk. .. especially the one with the salmon. A little dry. a little too nourishing (a lot of eggs) damage we ate from the pre-mâché. ...a little too much. grated carrots we found under the same texture. .. in the buffet. correct and simole by the way .the dessert was good: chocolate cake. It's organic, it's good... but fortunately it's organic.

We'll be surprised and we'll adopt the vegetarian meal. There is only one dish of the day and a dessert but a buffet of admissions. the fare remains reasonable and we trust what we have in the plate
