White Castle - Bourbonnais

Love white castles, and get that crave from time to time. Grew up on the south side of Chicago and loved the unique steamed taste with the onions. Use the drive thru at this restaurant so can't say much about the interior or eating area. Workers are always pleasant and drive thru moves fairly well.

Food was good and a good price.definitly going again.

So seriously disappointed. It took me 23 minutes to get through the drive through. The fries were cold and soggy. The burgers were luke warm at best and equally soggy. I got a Dr. Pepper which tasted like brown carbonated water. I was craving White Castle. This experience completely ruined it.

Order a #1. Comes with 4 sliders, fries and a drink. I order no pickle and when choosing my drink, she ask if I wanted a large..I said yes. What I got was 4 sliders WITH pickle, syrupy coke, and the largest, most soggy bag of fries that were disgusting! And that ended up costing me $2 more than what I saw on the menu! Don't bother!

The food was fresh, and the young man serving us was very respectful. The chef, who is white, was also impressive and skilled at his craft. I usually don't leave comments for fast food places, but everything was fantastic during my visit, especially considering how busy it was. Thank you!
