When I ask for extra flavor in my drinks, he informs me that it costs extra, which frustrates me—not because of the additional charge, but because of the way he communicates it. When I go out to buy something, I expect quality service, regardless of the extra cost. I'm not looking for anything free; I just wish he would adjust his attitude.
I mostly visit Dunkin because my family enjoys it, but I miss the days when they made fresh donuts on-site.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff member, Haley Martin, repeatedly got my order wrong—three times! It's clear they need to hire employees who are better trained. I'm going to reach out to corporate about this. I hope she understands the seriousness of the situation.
This dunkin location is spot on with their customer service and execution. Their manager Danielle was amazing. Taking the time to educate her employees and work with them. I observed her encouraging the staff instead of yelling at them which you willoften times find in the food industry. The whole staff was great! They were fast and efficient! Very clean environment whichthese days with covid I really appreciate! Kudos to the Bourbonnais location! Excellent all around! I will definitely be comingback!
Very friendly staff. I prefer another local dunkin over this one but I don't hate this one. I feel my order is wrong more than it's right at this one, or maybe they just make their coffee stronger. I'm not sure. Service is kind of slower as well. I stillenjoy going there knowing these things.
