Five Guys - Bountiful

I asked that my hamburger be cut, they forgot. I asked for onions, they forgot. Fry sauce was empty. I hate fries without fry sauce. It seemed like the one blond girl was doing all the work and the others were just standing around. There wasn't a clean/wiped table in the place. I had to clean the table myself. Come on Five Guys! YOU CAN DO BETTER!!!

No surprises. This is a great hamburger. Very pricey. $17+ for hamburger, small fries, and drink. The eating area was decent, but not clean.

2pm on Thursday, not exactly lunch rush. 25 minutes for burger and fries. I know you're good, at least my first few visits were. But seriously… I watched my burger sit unwrapped for 4 minutes. Then continued sitting for 3 more minutes before I got half cold fries tossed in, I had assumed I was being made to wait for fresh fries. Nope. Could be tough to go back.

I love this place! Delicious burgers and fries. Just expensive.

Absolutely ridiculous. Placed an order online with a 10 minute wait for pickup. Have been waiting for an hour and the food still isn't done. Out of control. No management. I am just in disbelief about how this place is run.
