Przekaż informację zwrotnąTerrible service!!!!!! ???? We were SO excited to finally have an amazing Colombian restaurant in our area! We’ve come here before for breakfast and left very satisfied. Tonight however was a TERRIBLE experience!!! We arrived at 8:30pm and left at 10:15pm without our dinner!!! It was ridiculous. Even when we were seated it seemed like no one was assigned to our table-it was very unorganized. We saw all of these other tables around us that arrived AFTER us getting their food, finishing their food and then leaving. We were so patient and were there with our 3 young children just waiting for our food which never came. We absolutely love this chain and have been to the restaurants in North Jersey, but we will no longer be visiting this restaurant. There was some disconnect or our waitress forgot to put in our order, but we left extremely dissatisfied and she did not take responsibility for what happened. Terrible service and customer service.
One word delicious, the food and service was excellent, I would definitely recommend 10/10. Food was hot and fresh. I’m so happy I don’t have to travel all the way to Elizabeth and worry about parking ample parking. Mini paisa and garlic shrimp!
I had a great experience at this restaurant, the décor was very nice, the service was very quick. The staff that helped our table out was very on point and polite. The food was amazing, definitely will be back with others! Be sure that you're able to speak Spanish before coming in too.
Visited here today. Great decor and the owner Rafael is so welcoming. As part of the event I was part of we tried samples of steak which were fantastic and we got to see the interesting way they are cooked through a glass window. The empanadas were also exceptional. Service at the table and at the bar was quick and professional.
Went there twice, first time was great for two so decided to take the whole family. I had to wait over an hour for food and I ordered some drinks but they said they didn’t have them anymore. The waitress did not check up on us and I got a cupcake and they charged $10 for it and it took 19 minutes for them to change it. I was very disappointed and I won’t be coming back, after spending $300. The food came out cold.
