Being allergic to hazelnut and chocolate I asked if I could take a student formula by changing the dessert (a muffin that was at the same price) I was told ok once the other lady came in cash the other lady told me that it didn’t work so I paid €13.30 instead of €9.10 and also suffered a very unpleasant joke. I will not go there!
Accepted and undelivered order, Bagelstein has been a little while since your sympathy/quality capital has been significantly reduced, I find that professionalism and responsibility for the customer also goes in handy... Why accept an order that you cannot honor? Why don't you call your customers so worried? It doesn't eat bread. Result well you are sanctioned what you want.
