Windsor - Boulder

The staff here is fantastic! I had an amazing sirloin steak with a large baked potato and some of the best garlic toast I've had in a while. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is intriguing for a small town restaurant.

This dive bar, with a touch of magic, has inspired me to make the journey from Bozeman to Boulder just to visit. The menu may be straightforward, but it offers delicious food, and there's a charm in having a grill right in the bar. This place, steeped in legend, is one I will keep returning to. The food is fantastic, the staff is entertaining, and the customers are friendly, making it a cozy spot to enjoy a few drinks. Every moment spent here has been thoroughly delightful.

This restaurant may seem a bit questionable from the outside, but we had heard they serve excellent steak. We are big fans of a good steak, and I have to say, they do not just have a good steak - they have an absolutely amazing steak. The cut is thick, locally sourced, and cooked to perfection. I have paid double for steak that doesn't even compare to the quality here. We will definitely make the drive from Missoula just to have their steak again. The laid-back dive bar atmosphere was also enjoyable, and the service was fantastic. A solid 5-star experience.

Was a little piece of hometown MT, reminded me of bars back home in NE MT same with the small town feel. Not only that, but the staff AND patrons were amazing. They cook the steak on a grill right in front of you. Hoping to find myself back in Bouldersoon.

Great steaks and great atmosphere. Will be back for sure. Update; been back several more times now, and the food is very consistent. Steaks are cooked to order, right there, at the bar. I 'm a little annoyed though. My youngest, and most reservedchild, said their steaks are a little better than the ones I make on the grill. The fact that he ate the entire thing, wouldindicate he was sparing my feelings. So, I begrudgingly admit, they cook a meaner steak than I do, which just about cost them astar, but we will keeping an eye on them, by sampling the wares once in a while.
