Subway - Boulder

I recently visited this restaurant and had the pleasure of meeting manager Jenny and employee Sofie (I hope I spelled their names correctly). Their attitudes were fantastic, very friendly and they made delicious sandwiches. Their excellent service will be the main reason why I will be coming back in the future.

The service at this restaurant is lovely, but it can be hard to get. Be prepared for a waiting period if you plan to eat here, as they prioritize online orders over in-person orders.

This hidden restaurant is difficult to spot from the road and has a challenging entrance, with a long ramp and some seemingly unsafe stairs.

My online orders are consistently prepared incorrectly. Where did the olives come from? Weird because they're not listed on the receipt. But more than that, apparently the idea of light on the sauce is completely void from this place. I am not interested in a Dairy Queen-style sandwich blizzard with equal parts liquids and solids.

Fantastic place! The service and food is always exceptional and there's little that you could complain about. Definitely the employees that make this place though, outstanding in composure and attitude.
