Seoul Kitchen - Boulder

I absolutely adore this restaurant on the hill! It's rare to find a place that serves rice cake entrees, which happen to be my favorite. The food is fantastic and always a hit. I also appreciate the food stalls, as they allow me to grab a meal quickly.

I ordered from this restaurant through UE, and while the food was delicious, the soup was poorly packaged and leaked out of the bag onto my carpet. I didn't mind the mess too much at first, but when I tried to eat the soup, I discovered small bits of shell and pieces of plastic in it. I don’t think I’ll order the soup again, but I'm definitely planning to return for the kimbap.

This charming little mom-and-pop Korean food stall is a rare find in Boulder! The steamed buns were fantastic, and the bibimbap was delicious as well. The ramen had a rich, savory broth with poached eggs and various toppings that added to its authenticity, although it tasted more like an upgraded, fancy instant ramen. Unfortunately, the udon noodles were undercooked. However, the incredibly kind auntie who works there was very understanding and even suggested the ramen as an alternative with no extra charge when I mentioned the issue. The place has a cozy, comforting atmosphere that feels very genuine. I will definitely be returning!

It's such a treat to eat at this hidden gem. I hit myself on the head everyday for not knowing about this tucked away Korean spot so close to school I would've saved so much time and gas driving all the way to Aurora. Support locally owned!!
