Rapha Boulder

This place has an amazing vibe for cyclists and coffee lovers alike! I always enjoy visiting any Rapha store. The staff is consistently trendy and very helpful.

What a fantastic addition to the Boulder biking community! This place is a must-visit, with a great atmosphere, cleanliness, and excellent organization. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Be sure to try on items for fit and size, especially if you're considering ordering a different color online. Michael was particularly outstanding, showcasing extensive knowledge about the entire Rapha product line. Highly recommended!

As an avid cyclist, I appreciate Rapha's beautifully crafted gear. The clubhouse is lovely and well-organized, and the coffee is quite good. However, whenever I visit the Boulder clubhouse, I hope to have an experience reminiscent of an Apple Store, where I'm warmly welcomed by enthusiastic staff eager to discuss cycling or at least inquire about my shopping intentions. Unfortunately, during my 4 or 5 visits, I've consistently encountered indifferent salespeople who seem disinterested. They aren't rude, but they aren't helpful or friendly either. It often feels like they would prefer I not make a purchase, and their complete lack of enthusiasm for cycling raises doubts about whether they ride themselves. Given Rapha's pricing, which conveys a sense of luxury, the service at the clubhouse falls notably short of those expectations.

Was very excited to visit a local cycling brand while visiting Boulder, but sadly was not welcomed by a certain employee. Would not recommend to anyone searching for an inclusive company.

After wearing Rapha gear for years, I was excited to finally visit a Clubhouse. Entering the shop, I was greeted not in a pushy way, but made to feel that I was welcome. I browsed for a while eventually did have a question. Ben helped, answered all my questions, even made recommendations on good food nearby. I want every retail experience to feel so caring thoughtful. I cannot recommend this location more will visit again next time I'm in Boulder.
