Proto's Pizza Boulder

We really enjoyed our diving experience here tonight. Our server, Megan was helpful and friendly. Your honest recommendations were on site. We started with a cease salad and a tomato and mozzarella as appetizers, followed by the Pontiff Pie with added prosciutto. The craftsmanship of making thin crust pizza, which tasty and holds form is an art. This is an artistically special restaurant that delivers style and taste. I highly recommend it. Besides, able to observe the cakes made fresh is also fun!

I love Protos Pizza. You have many options, including gluten-free crust. It was a bit loud, but it's a beautiful and happy atmosphere. The crowd was pretty lively, but not too bad.

This place is great! The crust is thin, so there is so much taste, people are really nice and ready to start a conversation. Your food is really good and the service is good and fast. 5 stars safe.

While they don't serve by the slice, the small personal pies are perfect. I don't normally like thin crust but this had a wonderfully sweet and yeasty flavor. The sauce was excellent, cooked perfectly and topping it off was fabulous friendly service. I'll definitely go back often!
