Pizzeria Alberico - Boulder

The food is really really good. i usually hate eating the crust of the pizza because it’s too crunchy but this pizza crust was sooooo fluffy and good. also usually when you get ice cream at a restaurant it’s like the smallest amount possible, but i got like a perfect amount. also it was sooooooo good and it wasn’t too much or too little ice cream. the only problem was the prices on drinks were kinda crazy cus it’s $10 for a bottled water ?. also we order appetizers from the happy hour menu and they charged us the normal price not the happy hour price, but overall it was pretty good

Delicious food, from the pizza to all appetizers. Their Aperol spritz is well made and a perfect drink for the warmer weather. The staff is great: professional, friendly and very attentive.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free option.

First time here and I loved it. Met up with a friend that recommended this and I’m happy he did. Great combination of atmosphere, delicious pizza and great value. If you’re in Boulder, give these guys a try.

The pizza has gotten close to where it once was. Its still pretty good. We sat at the bar for lunch and service was a bit off. Hopefully they'll keep using the great ingredients as you can really taste the difference!

Had a great time here, sweet little spot to have a bite. Nice layout through the whole place good music, friendly people and staff. Had the pleasure of having Gigi as our bartender, she made an amazing Negroni for my friends and I. Very knowable in helping us decide what to drink and what spirits to use. 10/10. Tell the boss that Max says you get a rise and a promotion!
