The cashier was friendly and accommodating, but I encountered a problem when I tried to use a Buy One, Get One (BOGO) coupon that should have allowed one of the meals to be free. Unfortunately, the cashier was unable to get the coupon to work properly and instead of adjusting the price of one of the $12 meals, she only deducted the cost of a $3 drink.

I ordered spaghetti and meatballs to go, but received macaroni and cheese with meatballs instead. It was not what I had requested.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but I am disappointed that they have begun using plastic to-go containers instead of regular bowls for dine-in orders. It seems very wasteful.

Haven't eaten at Noodles in 5 years, basically since our daughter turned 13. Dropped in to see if it was a possible local go to for quick, healthy food. Staff (Timothy) is great friendly and welcoming. Food is incredibly salty, chicken parm basically inedible. How can your HQ be 15 minutes away and your food not be awesome, like flagship store level??? Bummer.

We had an issue with the delivery driver of door dash delivering our order. DoorDash support wasn't much help. We went in to the store and Mitchie helped us with a wonderful attitude. Mitchie was very accommodating and made this all easy. All the staff was very quick and awesome! At the baseline location in Boulder !
