Service was excellent, milkshake was perfect but fries were old and yucky, I didn't notice until I was already out of the parking lot. I'm sure they would have replaced them had I realized right off.
Order a McDouble with no ketchup no mustard and add mayo. I was given a McDonald with nothing. They offered to fix it and then asked if it’s suppose to be bacon I said no and proceeded to give me a bacon McDouble covered in mayo with bacon and they was rude and asked well can’t ya take the bacon off? Well I would like for my order to be correct and pork makes me sick and I can’t have pork at all so now a burger with bacon I can not eat! How hard is it to get the order correct?! And how hard is it to seriously pay attention and fix it the right way?!

Average food. After being served, I noticed that ketchup was missing for my hash browns. After waiting at the counter for what was close to 10 minutes for the ketchup, not one employee had even looked my way.After shouting over and over that I needed service because my food was getting cold, finally the one person taking orders litterally tossed a box of ketchup packets my way. Ugly poor customer service.Customers don't disappear just because they've served. One packet of ketchup should not ruin a meal. I had not been here for years. Now I remember why.
