Frasca Food And Wine - Boulder

I had high hopes for this restaurant, as we are big fans of Michelin-star establishments. However, I cannot support a business that serves foie gras. The practice of force-feeding ducks with a tube is inhumane. I hope they reconsider their choices.

Food was amazing I just didn’t know if I was supposed to offer a bribe to be served and had to tip, or just had to bribe my server. I get serving is hard but these people were just condescending. Great food though! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
