I always get it to go, but there is seating inside and 4 small tables out front. I always get the Falafel and Hummus wrap. All the sides are labeled on what is vegan, so you could get a Falafel Plate and choose 2 or 4 sides like Dolmas, Baba Gounoush, Red Pepper Hummus or Regular Hummus, Olives, Pickles, Turkish Tomatoes. Mushrooms, etc.
Falafel King is now the oldest restaurant on the Pearl Street mall and there's a reason. Fantastic Mediterranean food. I love the (vegan) falafel with and without hummus. The baba ganouj is great and the rose lemonade is very good.
From new jersey I am crushed in sauce at a new york falafel in the street maps wrapped in pita tin foil, but this place seems to prepare this lame dish differently. that is not a bad thing, and I guess they prepare it closer to the original incarnation of the sandwiches. I ordered a falafel in pita with a side of French fries, I personally guard the fries, they taste like the classic thick kartoffels, thin skinned fries that they could get at a snack bar on a T-ball game. nothing special, but I really enjoyed my falafel. it may be a little pricier, but can they be the falafel “king” for the demand of a shinier penny for the best what they do!? well, it must probably go with the rental and its location, but not a bad place if they want a faster bit in the opposite. interieur makes her feel that they are in another part of the world, with music and decor it certainly does not feel like boulder. I liked the vibe, casser was very jovial snd happy to serve. I would recommend!
Didn't even have time to take a picture of my dinner it was so tasty! Fantastic food with just the right amount of spice prepared quickly and to order. A little pricy, but the taste is worth it!
Best cup of coffee I have ever had and it isn't close. Also, the man who owns the place is an absolute treasure. He is skilled at his craft and he is at peace in his work. He will likely try to give you a free falafel ball if you haven't been there before and he will probably remember you if you have been there before. Aside from the incredible atmosphere (and of course coffee), the food is perfect. Have come again, and will continue to do so.
